MA rooms the patient, taps Ready for provider with an optional note ("labs pending"). The room turns green on every screen in the clinic.

Wait-time visibility

Rooms marked Ready for provider age green → yellow → orange → red on clinic-tuned thresholds, so the longest-waiting patient is always obvious.

Team messaging
