A live status board for dental and medical practices. Staff tap a chair or room to Ready, Urgent or Clear, and everyone sees it at once - on the front desk computer, a phone, or a chairside PC - along with how long it has been waiting. It also has a shared team message board, so "running behind" or "lunch" reaches the whole office without walking the hallway.
It is built so it never needs to. Ready.Doctor coordinates rooms and teams; it is not a medical records system. No field asks for patient names or clinical details, and staff should not enter them - "Chair 3 ready" says everything the team needs. It works alongside any of them, because it does not connect to them. Ready.Doctor does not read your schedule or your practice-management system - there is nothing to integrate, install on the server, or get approved by your software vendor. Staff update the board themselves, which takes one tap.
No. Ready.Doctor runs in any modern web browser, on computers, tablets and phones. There is also an optional Windows app for chairside PCs that keeps the board on top of other programs; on PCs where staff have no administrator rights it can install for just that person.
Through notifications on the devices people already have: computers and Android phones through the browser, iPhones once Ready.Doctor has been added to the Home Screen, and chairside PCs through the Windows app. The board itself also shows at a glance which chairs need attention and for how long.
By active chairs or rooms, never per user. Starter is free for up to 3; Practice is $39 a month for up to 12; Practice Plus is $79 a month for up to 30; multi-location groups are priced with us directly. Archived chairs do not count. Add your whole team at no extra cost.
